## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- **Creative & Growth Ops**: Use AI to create high-performance ads and landing pages. Manage campaign setups and optimize budgets based on performance.
- **Strategy & Intelligence**: Conduct research to build data-driven strategies. Identify scaling opportunities and provide daily reporting to scale growth.
- **Process & Product Loop**: Help build and optimise processes and provide feedback to the Product Team to refine our AI software.

## Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Passion for marketing, love creative work
- Strong social skills, love working with people
- Fast learner, hard-working, and stress-resistant; willing to solve whatever problem you or the customers may face

## Nice to Have
- Previous touchpoints with marketing or AdTech
- Prior experience in an early-stage startup or another fast-paced environment
