## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead customer deployments from discovery through production launch.
- Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals.
- Translate requirements into practical AI workflows and implementation plans.
- Build and configure voice AI agents, conversation flows, and automation workflows.
- Integrate Retell with existing systems, APIs, and business processes.
- Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, webhooks, telephony, authentication, and production deployments.
- Run customer working sessions, demos, technical discussions, and implementation reviews.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and keep deployments moving toward launch.
- Help customers test, iterate, and optimize agents.
- Identify expansion opportunities and capture deployment learnings as repeatable playbooks.

## Requirements
- Strong customer communication and problem-solving skills.
- Fluency in English and Mandarin.
- Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment, implementation, customer success engineering, product management, or another customer-facing technical role.
- Comfort with APIs, technical integrations, and software systems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple customer projects.
- Ownership, adaptability, and comfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.
- Interest in AI, LLMs, and voice technology.
- Willingness to travel for customer launches and onsite engagements.
