## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own and drive complex, cross-functional localization programs from strategy through execution.
- Serve as the technical operating partner to Localization Operations and leadership, translating priorities into technical roadmaps and surfacing tradeoffs.
- Lead the design, innovation, and implementation of scalable solutions using AI and machine translation to improve localization quality, cost, and efficiency.
- Shape the technical direction of localization through alignment with leadership, localization subject-matter experts, and internationalization engineering partners.
- Manage technical relationships and integration solutions with external language service and technology providers.
- Drive continuous improvement in localization processes, automation, and quality frameworks.

## Requirements
- 9+ years of experience in technical program management or product management.
- Experience delivering global, technically complex solutions and programs independently.
- Deep knowledge of localization and internationalization, including end-to-end localization solutions.
- Experience integrating AI-driven tools such as machine translation engines, LLMs, or AI-driven content evaluation systems.
- Strong technical fluency, including language technology APIs and machine translation pipelines for localization and content processing.
- Ability to influence technical roadmaps and collaborate with business owners, internal users, engineering, product, and external partners.
- Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Ability to explain complex technical and AI/ML concepts to non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
- Experience partnering directly with senior leadership as a strategic advisor.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field preferred.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base pay range: **$168,000–$210,000 USD**.
- May be eligible for bonus, equity, benefits, and Employee Travel Credits.
