## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a high-performing team of paid channel specialists across Paid Search (Google, Bing), Paid Social (Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit), TV, Audio, OOH, and adjacent channels.
- Manage an 8-figure annual budget with a focus on efficiency, incrementality, and pipeline contribution.
- Build and evolve the full measurement and attribution framework, including pixel configurations, CAPI integrations, and marketing mix modeling.
- Drive systematic testing and experimentation across creative, audience, bid strategy, landing pages, and channel mix.
- Partner cross-functionally with Creative, Brand, Analytics, Product, and Finance to align paid programs with company goals.
- Own forecasting, pacing, and performance reporting, translating data into recommendations for senior leadership.
- Manage relationships with external agencies, media partners, and technology vendors.
- Champion both PLG and SLG acquisition motions, understanding how paid channels serve different parts of the funnel and buying journey.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in performance marketing, with significant experience in B2B SaaS.
- Proven track record of driving measurable results at a high-growth company while managing a large, complex media budget.
- Deep hands-on expertise across Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and offline channels including TV, Audio, and OOH.
- Strong command of tracking and attribution, including pixel setup, server-side/CAPI configurations, UTM frameworks, and multi-touch attribution models.
- Highly analytical, with experience working in data tools such as Looker and Amplitude.
- Experience building, managing, and mentoring senior individual contributors.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to distill complex data into clear narratives for executive audiences.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Total cash compensation range: **$159,200–$228,900 USD**, depending on location and other factors.
- Benefits may include equity, company bonus, 401(k), paid holidays, flexible PTO, parental leave, employee assistance and wellbeing benefits, global travel coverage, life/AD&D/STD/LTD insurance, and FSA/HSA plus medical, dental, and vision benefits.
- Tier 1 pay range for San Francisco, New York City, and Seattle: **$183,100–$228,900 USD**.
- Tier 2 pay range for all other US locations: **$159,200–$199,000 USD**.
