## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Develop and refine the strategic vision for the Solutions Engineering function in alignment with company objectives and evolving client needs.
- Lead and mentor a multifaceted team throughout the sales cycle, promoting seamless customer engagement, adoption, and scalability.
- Collaborate with GTM, Product, Engineering, and Research teams on customer engagement strategies.
- Serve as the escalation technical contact for key clients, building trust and communicating with executive stakeholders.
- Advocate for effective and innovative applications of AI technologies.
- Champion a customer-first approach focused on client satisfaction and success.

## Requirements
- Deep technical acumen, particularly in AI and related platform technologies.
- Experience developing and executing large-scale technical success strategies.
- Experience leading high-performing teams.
- Experience leading teams across multiple EMEA markets and geographies.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
- Strong presentation and communication skills, especially with executive-level stakeholders.
