## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver technical programming for local and regional events, ensuring programs can scale sustainably.
- Track deadlines and deliverables for content and events, including digital and physical assets; coordinate with vendors and procurement teams as needed.
- Identify and resolve risks and blockers for event programming.
- Maintain internal tools and the public website for event agendas and speaker content.
- Own the onsite speaker experience for internal and customer speakers.
- Manage event programming onsite, including rehearsals, staffing, and smooth onsite operations.
- Collaborate with Community teams, external stakeholders, and the VP of Community.
- Create and refine processes, with a focus on continual improvement, automation, and scaling.
- Communicate goals, status, risks, and impact to teams and stakeholders to ensure alignment and visibility.

## Requirements
- Approximately 2–5 years of experience in program management, including similar initiatives such as large-scale conferences and related programs in a technical environment such as a B2B SaaS company.
- Experience partnering closely with technical stakeholders and collaborating across cross-functional teams.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Experience building and fostering effective working relationships.
- Strong attention to detail and an interest in building processes.
- A data-driven approach to program management, including building workflows, custom work-intake processes, and estimation models; collecting and analyzing data; and driving stakeholder buy-in.
- Experience influencing without direct authority at senior levels, both internally and externally.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally by train or air up to 15% of the time.
- Business-level English and French proficiency.
