## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Full autonomy to build a scalable, data-driven customer acquisition machine from the ground up.
- **Full-Cycle Campaign Ownership**: Design and execute the entire lead lifecycle—from initial ad creative and SEM strategy to automated nurturing sequences and sales handoff.
- **Budget & ROI Accountability**: Allocate spend across LinkedIn, Google Ads, Bing and industry publications.
- **SEO & AEO**: Work to improve our website's positioning in search and answer engine rankings.
- **Account-Based Marketing (ABM)**: Develop and execute account strategies to penetrate enterprise R&D organizations in chemicals, materials science, and CPG.
- **Data Analysis & Attribution**: Build the dashboards that track pipeline velocity, conversion rates, and multi-touch attribution.

## Preferred Qualifications
- SaaS Experience: B2B Enterprise SaaS marketing, specifically in demand gen or growth roles. Experience in an early-stage environment is highly preferred.
- Technical or Scientific Fluency: Ability to speak the language of R&D directors and IT stakeholders. You must be unafraid to explain why a centralized data schema matters to a scientist.

## Compensation & Benefits
- Salary Range: $100K - $140K + Equity
