## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer queries through phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate, timely, and empathetic responses.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and provide clear, concise solutions.
- Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive product and service knowledge.
- Collect customer feedback to help improve services and products.
- Collaborate with other departments to support a cohesive customer experience and coordinate issue resolution.

## Requirements
- Availability from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Pacific Time.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing demands.
- Proficiency with CRM software and customer support tools such as Zendesk, HubSpot, and Freshdesk.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- 1–3 years of experience.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Proven experience in customer support or a related field.
- Familiarity with fintech or the freight industry.
- Experience with HubSpot.
