## Job Description

## Responsibilities

**Own Scheduling & Coordination**
- Coordinate interviews across screens, take-homes, virtual loops, and onsites across multiple teams
- Manage complex scheduling across candidates, interviewers, and stakeholders
- Ensure interview loops run smoothly and on time
- Handle reschedules, conflicts, and last-minute changes with speed and attention to detail

**Maintain ATS (Ashby) & Pipeline Hygiene**
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date candidate records in Ashby across all roles
- Ensure consistent tagging, stage movement, and data integrity
- Support reporting and pipeline visibility by keeping data clean and structured
- Flag inconsistencies or gaps in process and follow up with recruiters as needed

**Support Candidate Experience**
- Serve as a key point of contact for candidates throughout the interview process
- Ensure clear, timely, and thoughtful communication at every stage
- Anticipate and resolve logistical issues before they impact candidates
- Support post-offer coordination and onboarding logistics

**Support Events & Onsite Logistics**
- Help plan and execute recruiting events (e.g., Superdays, candidate dinners, networking events)
- Coordinate logistics including scheduling, communications, travel, and onsite execution
- Ensure a high-quality, organized, and welcoming onsite experience

**Ad Hoc Projects & Process Support**
- Support recruiting operations projects and process improvements as needed
- Assist with documentation, templates, and workflow standardization
- Step in where needed to unblock coordination or operational gaps

## Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in recruiting coordination, recruiting operations, or similar roles
- Experience with Ashby (or similar ATS)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
- Clear, professional communication (written and verbal)
- High ownership and reliability—you follow through and keep things moving
