## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own architectural scope for assigned sites: envelope, code compliance, and life safety from review through closeout.
- Review architectural packages for constructability and conformance to the reference design.
- Drive permitting and AHJ coordination on architectural and life safety scope so approvals never gate the schedule.
- Resolve field architectural issues: envelope details, firestopping, egress conflicts.
- Engineer gigawatts from drawing to energized, in months not years.
- Engineer data centers that go up in months, not years.
- Design it once, build it a hundred times. Every site's lessons roll into the reference design on the way to 50GW+.

## Requirements
- Experience in architectural engineering or architecture on industrial or mission critical projects.
- Deep knowledge of building code and life safety at the chapter-and-section level.
- Experience running AHJ relationships and getting to yes on nonstandard designs.
- Ability to catch the envelope details that leak before they get built.
