## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Shape the machine learning strategy for content understanding and platform-level decisioning.
- Build and scale ML systems for classification, moderation, ranking, and risk detection across multimodal content.
- Develop automated decisioning systems that ensure content quality, integrity, and policy compliance at scale.
- Design and deploy models across text, audio, image, and video domains.
- Build systems that enable controlled, reliable access to content and metadata for downstream applications.
- Collaborate with product, policy, and trust and safety teams to operationalize content standards across the platform.
- Improve automation to reduce manual intervention while maintaining high standards of trust and quality.
- Mentor engineers and contribute to best practices in ML engineering, evaluation, and system design.

## Requirements

- Strong experience building production-grade machine learning systems at scale.
- Experience with modern ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Experience with or interest in multimodal machine learning.
- Understanding of systems that balance automation with quality, safety, and user experience.
- Ability to work on complex, ambiguous, high-impact problems.
- Systems thinking that connects models to platform-level outcomes and user experiences.
- Strong focus on data quality, evaluation rigor, and system reliability.
- Clear communication and ability to influence technical and non-technical teams.

## Work Arrangement

- This role is based in London or Stockholm.
- Hybrid flexibility is available, with some in-person meetings and the option to work from home.
