## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain knowledge of Grafana technology, competitors, the open-source ecosystem, and industry trends.
- Follow up on inbound leads efficiently.
- Proactively reach target-account leads through email, social media, and phone.
- Use Salesforce and Grafana dashboards for lead and account management and research.
- Research prospects and accounts to prioritize and customize outreach via email and LinkedIn.
- Conduct discovery conversations to understand users’ needs and goals, provide relevant resources, and explain how Grafana can help.
- Consistently meet new-business opportunity and pipeline targets.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and other cross-functional teams.

## Requirements
- Fluency in Hindi and English.
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
- Openness to feedback and coaching.
- Resourcefulness, proactivity, adaptability, and a team-first attitude.
- Willingness to take ownership of tasks and maintain high-quality work.
- Technical curiosity and interest in observability and open-source technology.

## Compensation
- On-target earnings in India: INR 2,000,000–3,000,000 annually.
- Restricted Stock Units (RSUs) included.
- Eligibility for quarterly bonuses of $2,000 USD based on manager business objectives.
