## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Evangelize the product by spearheading Intercom's growth and adoption across the Small Business segment.
- Manage the full sales cycle for Small Business customers, from prospecting to close, using a consultative sales approach.
- Provide timely and accurate forecasts and clear visibility into revenue performance.
- Articulate product value using the Command of the Message framework.
- Forecast and plan pacing throughout each month and quarter.
- Partner with Sales Engineers to win flagship logos in the market.
- Partner with R&D and Marketing to act as the voice of customers.

## Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in a closing role.
- 1+ years of experience selling SaaS products.
- Experience with outbound prospecting.
- Strong sales instincts and a track record of hitting and exceeding quota.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Comfort operating and problem-solving in a fast-moving organization, working inbound and outbound opportunities across industries and company sizes.
- Ability to close net-new business in a competitive environment.
- Growth mindset, intellectual curiosity, and ambition.
