## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Lead the global relationship with Accenture as a System Integrator (SI) partner.
- Build comprehensive joint business plans and collaborate on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategies, including strategic objectives, target markets/industries, and joint industry solutions.
- Drive partnership goals including sales quota (this is a quota-carrying position), marketing activities, and practice development to grow Accenture's Snowflake competency.
- Inspire partners to expand Snowflake practices; evaluate expertise, capabilities, delivery quality; define certification growth plans and support enablement.
- Cultivate strong relationships with senior executives and decision-makers at the partner.
- Manage the alliance development lifecycle with a 360-degree view of the relationship.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product development, sales, sales engineering, professional services, legal, and marketing teams to ensure seamless partner and customer experiences; share feedback and insights.
- Coordinate and execute co-marketing initiatives such as events, webinars, and content creation to increase visibility and generate leads.
- Assist partners in navigating Snowflake’s partner program, sales process, deal registration, proposals, reporting, and alignment with sales leadership.
- Monitor partner performance against metrics; shift priorities, take risks, and innovate to deliver results.

## Requirements
- Minimum 20 years of experience in partner management, strategic alliances, sales, marketing, or business development in technology.
- 8+ years of channel sales or channel program management experience with accountability for revenue targets.
- Track record of success and established relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators.
- Bachelor's degree required (MBA preferred).
- Working knowledge of Cloud environments preferred.
- Ability to manage global and regional business plans, track and articulate partner progress.
- Strong executive presence, excellent written and verbal communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and capacity to organize priorities in a dynamic environment.
- Willingness to travel 25-50% (variable).

## Nice-to-Haves
- Established relationships with Snowflake’s System Integrators.
- Experience with AI-native approaches and experimental mindsets in dynamic environments.
