## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Act as the internal Governance & Lifecycle (G&L) subject matter expert and technical authority for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA).
- Design, build, and deliver complex, multi-phase proof-of-concepts (POCs) for advanced customer requirements and edge cases.
- Plan and lead technical deep-dive workshops for customers, prospects, and partners.
- Translate business governance requirements into working technical solutions.
- Build and maintain reusable demonstrations covering G&L capabilities and non-standard use cases.
- Design, build, and maintain sales engineering demo environments and reference architectures.
- Engineer custom integrations, workflows, connectors, and rules for governance, provisioning, and access-certification scenarios.
- Support technically challenging G&L opportunities and evaluations.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering on field requirements, roadmap validation, and new-feature pilots.
- Create and deliver technical enablement, knowledge transfer, and best-practice guidance for partners.
- Travel internationally across EMEA and APJ as required.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of professional IT industry experience.
- 4+ years of cybersecurity experience, ideally in identity security.
- Strong Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) background, ideally with hands-on RSA Governance & Lifecycle experience.
- Experience designing and delivering complex POCs, technical workshops, and advanced demonstrations.
- Strong technical knowledge of Linux, SQL, networking, and Oracle databases.
- Ability to work with functional and technical stakeholders at customer sites.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluent English.
- Willingness and ability to travel internationally across EMEA and APJ.

## Nice-to-haves
- JavaScript.
- VMware.
- CISSP or a relevant IGA/identity certification.
