## Job Description

## Strategic Sourcing & Negotiation
- Solicit and evaluate bids for technical and commercial compliance
- Lead negotiations for purchase agreements
- Manage selection of critical suppliers

## Contract Management
- Build and cultivate long-term partner relationships
- Execute and govern Mutual Non-Disclosure Agreements (NMDAs) and Master Service Agreements (MSAs)

## End-to-End Logistics
- Own tracking of delivery statuses beyond the Purchase Order
- Arrange transportation and coordinate off-loading for site-critical materials

## Market Intelligence
- Monitor market trends and material innovations
- Identify new sources of supply and mitigate price volatility

## Operations & Inventory
- Oversee inventory management and fleet coordination
- Ensure 100% material availability for field teams
- Optimize warehouse efficiency

## Cross-Functional Support
- Provide supply chain and logistics support to keep project timelines on track
- Assist with administrative and field coordination as needed

## Requirements
- 3–5 years of dedicated procurement or supply chain experience (ideally industrial, energy, or infrastructure environment)
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven ability to manage complex RFPs, evaluate bid leveling, and navigate ERP systems
- Proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced, high-growth environment
