The role requires 3–8+ years of solution engineering experience, strong infrastructure and streaming knowledge, and proficiency with cloud platforms, Linux, and Kubernetes.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Work alongside the sales team to introduce Redpanda to prospective customers.
- Lead product and solution briefings, build proof-of-concepts (POCs), run live product demonstrations, and prototype Redpanda integrations.
- Partner with product management, engineering, and support teams to solve customer challenges and improve customer experience.
- Identify customers’ key technical objections and develop strategies to address adoption blockers.
- Build relationships with partners, customers, and open-source users.
- Present and whiteboard technical concepts.
- Travel to meet customers and attend events or conferences as needed.

## Requirements
- 3–8+ years of experience leading presentations, collecting requirements, developing solution architectures, and teaching prospective users or project teams to use software.
- Experience developing or prototyping solutions in languages such as Java, Python, Go, and JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of modern infrastructure and streaming technologies; Kafka ecosystem experience is preferred.
- Comfortable with Linux and Kubernetes.
- Proficiency with one or more cloud providers: AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure.
- Strong relationship-building and collaboration skills.

## Compensation
- Base salary range: **£104,000–£122,000 GBP**, excluding bonus and/or commission.
