## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own top-of-funnel sourcing strategy across engineering, software, embedded, AI/ML, systems, manufacturing, operations, product, program management, and corporate functions.
- Partner with recruiters and hiring leaders to define target profiles and build data-informed sourcing strategies.
- Create talent landscapes by company, skill set, geography, and organizational structure; identify talent pools, competitor insights, and emerging trends.
- Identify, engage, and attract technical talent using advanced search techniques, sourcing platforms, engineering communities, aerospace networks, conferences, referrals, and other channels.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with passive, cleared, and specialized engineering candidates.
- Design and improve AI-powered sourcing workflows, research agents, and workflow automations.
- Create repeatable market maps, talent intelligence reports, outreach content, documentation, and recruiting processes.
- Coach recruiters and hiring managers on technical sourcing, market insights, competitive intelligence, candidate engagement, and recruiting technologies.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition Operations, Employer Brand, University Recruiting, and engineering leaders.
- Use recruiting analytics, experimentation, and storytelling to measure effectiveness and improve conversion rates.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of technical sourcing experience, ideally in aerospace, defense, autonomy, or complex hardware/software industries.
- Proven experience with market mapping, competitive intelligence, and candidate generation for specialized technical roles.
- Expertise in advanced Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, HireEZ, SeekOut, ClearanceJobs, GitHub, and modern sourcing platforms.
- Consultative experience influencing recruiters, hiring managers, and senior engineering leaders through market insights and talent intelligence.
- Experience building or using AI-powered sourcing workflows, agentic AI tools, workflow automations, or practical AI solutions.
- Experience using AI development environments or coding assistants such as Claude Code, OpenAI Codex, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, or Gemini.
- Experience building relationships with passive, cleared, or niche engineering talent.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, stakeholder-influence, organization, judgment, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment and continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience supporting aerospace, robotics, autonomy, AI/ML, or advanced vehicle engineering organizations.
- Familiarity with export control, ITAR, EAR, or security-cleared recruiting environments.
- Familiarity with Ashby, recruiting analytics, CRM, or talent intelligence platforms.
- Experience supporting high-growth, venture-backed technology organizations.
- Passion for emerging recruiting technologies, sourcing methodologies, and AI advancements.
