## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead and scale the Talent Acquisition function across R&D, go-to-market, and G&A.
- Design and execute a global recruiting strategy using AI and automation.
- Build and mentor a high-performing Talent Acquisition team.
- Partner with executives and senior leaders to forecast hiring needs and align recruiting priorities with business objectives.
- Establish recruiting metrics, optimize processes, and drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with Marketing and People teams to strengthen the employer brand.
- Implement scalable recruiting operations, tools, and systems.

## Requirements
- 10+ years of recruiting experience, ideally in a high-growth startup.
- Experience scaling Talent Acquisition functions in late-stage startups or unicorn-stage companies.
- Experience with PLG and SMB go-to-market organizations preferred.
- Familiarity with AI-powered recruiting tools and using technology to improve recruiting outcomes.
- Experience managing global recruiting teams and hiring for technical, go-to-market, and G&A roles.
- Expertise in recruiting metrics, process design, and systems implementation.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic, execution-oriented, and hands-on approach.

## Compensation and Benefits
- San Francisco pay range: **$292,000–$365,000 USD** total cash compensation, inclusive of annual base salary and annual bonus as applicable.
- Benefits may include equity, company bonus, 401(k), paid holidays, flexible PTO, parental leave, employee assistance and wellbeing benefits, global travel coverage, insurance, and FSA/HSA and medical, dental, and vision benefits.
