## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Business & Organizational Planning
- Act as a strategic thought partner to Recruiting leadership on long-term vision, organizational design, team effectiveness, and strategic priorities.
- Lead planning cycles, including goal-setting and resourcing.
- Develop operating frameworks aligning recruiting capacity, workflows, and resources with business demand across client groups and talent profiles.
- Translate business objectives into team-level plans and measurable outcomes.

### Metrics & Business Health
- Establish a comprehensive recruiting metrics suite to monitor operations and goal attainment.
- Oversee reporting rhythms to track progress, identify issues and trends, and manage organizational performance.
- Conduct data-driven business planning and root-cause analysis, developing recommendations.
- Partner with Recruiting Operations on reliable, actionable metrics, data integrity, process design, and supporting tools.

### Standards, Accountability & Process
- Clarify and document operating standards across Recruiting.
- Design mechanisms to monitor process adherence and surface gaps.
- Work with managers and individual contributors to course-correct constructively and drive accountability.

### Initiatives & Programs
- Turn early-stage ideas into scoped, structured, executable plans and lead execution through adoption.
- Own programs such as recruiter onboarding, documentation and playbook development, and operating cadence design.
- Coordinate initiatives with Recruiting, HR, Finance, Legal, and business stakeholders.
- Manage vendor and agency relationships, including contracting, onboarding, performance management, and renewals.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in management consulting, business analysis, strategy and operations, special projects, or a similar analytical and operational discipline.
- Ability to structure ambiguous problems, build frameworks, and drive solutions independently.
- Experience designing effective processes that leverage automation and AI-enabled optimization.
- Strong quantitative and analytical skills, including data analysis, metrics design, and reporting.
- Track record of managing projects end-to-end, including cross-functional work and change management.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information into clear narratives.
- Comfort working directly with senior stakeholders.
- Ability to hold others to standards with clarity and professionalism, balanced with empathy and enablement.
- Self-directed, highly organized, and able to manage a diverse, shifting portfolio without close supervision.
- Owner’s mindset, with strong planning and resource-allocation judgment.
- Bachelor’s degree.

## Compensation & Benefits

- Salary range: $165,000–$225,000.
