## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Produce short-form content (Reels, TikTok, vertical video) at high volume (~10+ pieces/week)
- Create long-form content including YouTube videos and podcast recording/editing from raw footage to finished cuts
- Manage full production pipeline: shooting, editing, sound, basic color/finishing without external vendors or crew
- Organize and maintain media library of raw and finished assets for easy reuse
- Handle on-site production: travel to shows, events, and off-site shoots
- Deliver handoff-ready output to partner teams for distribution and publishing

## Requirements
- Experience shooting, editing, and publishing your own content (personal channel or portfolio preferred over resume)
- Comfortable owning your own gear, troubleshooting audio and lighting independently
- Ability to move quickly without sacrificing quality on both quick-turn and involved projects
- Desire for ownership over a creative pipeline
- Excited to work in-office five days a week, collaborating closely with the team
