## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own outbound pipeline generation, working alongside Ava, our AI BDR.
- Cold call prospects and engage target accounts to generate qualified pipeline.
- Call every inbound lead within minutes of them raising their hand.
- Turn conversations into booked meetings for our AE team.
- Carry a quota of meetings held.
- Work with our product team to make Ava better.

## Requirements
- 1+ years as an SDR/BDR, or exceptional evidence you belong in sales.
- Excellent communicator, quick on your feet, great at building rapport.
- Confident on the phone.
- Resilient; rejection doesn't rattle you.
- Comfortable being the only human on the team.
- Excited to work at the frontier of AI and sales.

## Compensation
- $60,000-$80,000 on-target earnings (base + commission) for US-based candidates. UK compensation localized.
