## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Design, develop, test, release, and scale changes to mobile and backend architecture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to solve complex problems within the team domain.
- Develop thoroughly tested code and conduct quality assurance on new code.
- Work both collaboratively and independently to accelerate development velocity while delivering a strong member experience.

## Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of full-stack development experience.
- Experience with backend development and frameworks.
- Experience with mobile development and frameworks.
- Experience collaborating effectively with cross-functional team members.
- Understanding of architectural patterns for large-scale production services.
- Ability to safely make changes without disrupting or introducing regressions for millions of users.
- Passion for learning and sharing knowledge with teammates.
- Self-motivation and keen attention to detail.
- Strong empathy for product users.

## Nice to Have
- GraphQL.
- Ruby.
- React Native.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Base salary range: **$133,000.00–$184,000.00**.
