## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead Squint deployments for Fortune 500 industrial customers from kickoff through go-live and ongoing adoption.
- Drive AI adoption across manufacturing, field services, and utility environments.
- Build and structure operational procedures, establish customer knowledge graphs, and configure Squint’s AI for each site’s equipment, systems, and terminology.
- Spend substantial time on factory floors, job sites, and utility yards to understand frontline workflows and improve adoption.
- Build trust with frontline operators, plant managers, and executive sponsors.
- Translate deployment learnings into product improvements.
- Travel approximately **75%** of the time.

## Requirements
- Recent degree or **0–2 years** of early-career experience.
- Demonstrated ownership of an ambiguous project, initiative, business, club, team, or internship through completion.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills with diverse stakeholders.
- Bias toward action, sound judgment with incomplete information, and commitment to finishing work.
- Interest in industrial operations and the physical economy.
- Willingness to work onsite in plants and industrial environments.
- No engineering or coding background required.
