## Requirements
- 10+ years of relevant design experience at a technology or product-driven company.
- Ability to independently turn ambiguous, cross-functional problems into clear, cohesive visions.
- Experience partnering with product, engineering, and cross-functional teams to drive design strategy.
- Ability to navigate complexity and create simple, intuitive solutions.
- Ability to translate business objectives into customer-centered design opportunities.
- Confidence presenting to company leadership and communicating design decisions through clear storytelling.
- Strong visual design and product craft skills.

## Nice-to-haves
- Ability to balance bold vision with thoughtful, incremental rollouts.
- Experience mentoring or leading peers and junior designers as a design manager or senior individual contributor.
