## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and contribute to open, distributed AI systems and infrastructure.
- Work across frontier AI, systems, distributed compute, cryptography, or related technical domains.
- Develop real systems and contribute to open-source projects.
- Tackle open-ended, high-stakes technical problems and execute rapidly.

## Requirements
- Internship experience or demonstrated ability through substantial projects, systems built, or open-source contributions.
- Strong ability to learn quickly, execute effectively, and think deeply across technical domains.
- Interest in open, distributed AI and decentralized AGI.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with AI, systems, distributed computing, or cryptography.
- Open-source contributions.
- Experience building production-quality or otherwise impressive technical systems.
