## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Source, qualify, and conduct discovery with new accounting and advisory partners across the UK.
- Sign partners and create scalable go-to-market and referral plans.
- Generate and convert client referrals to drive revenue.
- Build relationships with firm leadership and client-facing teams.
- Educate, onboard, and enable partner teams to identify, position, and refer Ramp.
- Conduct monthly and quarterly business reviews; use performance data to identify growth opportunities.
- Adapt partner strategy to UK accounting-market cultural, commercial, and regulatory nuances.
- Collaborate with marketing, growth, direct sales, product, and engineering on co-marketing, client onboarding, and product feedback.
- Develop workflows, sales motions, and partner programs.
- Own partner activity, pipeline, forecasts, revenue targets, and CRM hygiene.

## Requirements
- 4+ years of experience in partner sales, business development, partnership management, full-cycle sales, or channel partnerships.
- Strong discovery, consultative selling, communication, listening, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets and quotas.
- Entrepreneurial, autonomous, action-oriented approach in a fast-paced environment.
- Daily fluency with AI tools.
- Ability to work five days per week from the London office and travel across the UK.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience partnering with accounting firms.
- Knowledge of the UK accounting and advisory ecosystem.
- Accounting background or proficiency.
- Experience launching a territory, vertical, or partner program.
- Direct sales closing experience.
- Additional European language fluency.
- Salesforce or other CRM experience.
- Fintech or financial-services sales experience.
