## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and maintain discipline models: mechanical, electrical, and structural coordinated in one federated model.
- Run clash and coordination: conflicts found in the model, resolved with engineers, and closed before release.
- Automate the repetitive: families, templates, and scripts that make modelling faster every month.
- Produce model-derived deliverables: drawings and schedules generated, not redrawn.

## Requirements
- BIM production on industrial, data center, or complex building projects.
- Coordinate models for real: clashes triaged by impact, not count.
- Script your tools: Dynamo, Grasshopper, or Python where it pays.
- Families and templates are the clean ones others copy.
- Work to standards and improve them.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Revit and Navisworks depth.
- Tekla exposure.
- Dynamo and Python automation.
- Point cloud and scan integration.
