## Job Description

## What You’ll Do
- Own the full employee lifecycle including onboarding, offboarding, and all employee changes, with a strong focus on a seamless experience.
- Design and maintain HR systems, policies, and documentation, and ensure data accuracy across platforms.
- Create and operationalize performance review processes and partner with managers on feedback, development, and retention.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and maintain accurate employee records and documentation.
- Manage payroll inputs, benefits administration, and vendor coordination.
- Own and optimize our **HRIS** and identify opportunities to streamline workflows using modern tooling and **AI**.
- Lead employee engagement initiatives and act as a trusted resource for employees and leadership on all people-related matters.

- Have experience scaling a startup through a period of rapid growth.
- Are familiar with **AI tools** and automation for HR workflows.
- Have worked in a multi-state or international compliance environment.
- Have hands-on experience with **people analytics** and building **HR dashboards**.
- Are familiar with immigration processes (**H-1B**, green cards, **TN visas**).
