## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Analyze product and user data to derive actionable insights and identify opportunities to improve products, strategy, and operations.
- Apply causal inference methods, including controlled experiments and synthetic controls, and analyze results.
- Investigate anomalies and conduct root-cause analyses.
- Define core metrics, build measurement frameworks, and maintain reporting.
- Build statistical models, optimization frameworks, and simulations to automate decision-making and operational processes.
- Present technical analyses and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish data practices and help scale analytics infrastructure.

## Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in data science or analytics roles.
- Deep expertise with Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Expertise in experimental design, causal inference, statistical modeling, and A/B testing frameworks.
- Strong written communication, presentation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Experience translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Experience with AI/ML products, large language models, or developer tools is beneficial.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
