## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Meet or exceed quarterly team revenue targets.
- Partner with Recruiting to attract and hire top sales talent.
- Manage contract negotiations and Salesforce reporting.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of Strategic Account Executives and Account Executives.
- Provide strategic direction to the sales organization and support sales representatives as they manage deals from first contact to close.
- Continuously improve sales processes and procedures.

## Requirements and Experience
- Proven track record of sales achievement as a sales representative.
- Experience managing quota-carrying sales talent.
- Experience directly managing a pipeline of complex, large deals.
- Exemplary written and verbal communication skills, with confidence presenting ideas to audiences at varying levels.
- Deep understanding of the sales process for Large Enterprise and Mid market companies.
- Hands-on leadership style that balances strategic vision with tactical execution.
