> The Senior Brand Designer will own Vapi’s sales and marketing collateral, build scalable brand systems, and lead design production for VapiCon. The role requires 7–10+ years of brand or graphic design experience, strong Figma expertise, and a portfolio spanning print, digital, and event design.

## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the design of core sales and marketing collateral, including one-pagers, decks, and pitch materials.
- Build reusable templates, components, and guidelines so teams can self-serve on lower-stakes assets without sacrificing quality.
- Lead design direction and production for VapiCon, including visual identity, signage, stage and environmental graphics, swag, and attendee-facing materials.
- Serve as the go-to design owner for brand-facing collateral across the company.
- Propose a roadmap for evolving the broader brand system.
- Partner with marketing, sales, events, and executive stakeholders.

## Requirements
- 7–10+ years of experience in brand or graphic design, ideally at a B2B SaaS or developer-tools startup.
- Portfolio demonstrating range across print, digital, and event design.
- Proven experience designing high-stakes sales and marketing collateral.
- Expert proficiency in Figma.
- Ability to work within and evolve an existing brand system.
- Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment with shifting priorities, tight deadlines, and high ownership.
- Strong collaboration skills, receptiveness to feedback, and ability to push back thoughtfully.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience designing for live events or conferences, including signage, stage or environmental graphics, and swag.
