## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for technical roles, including Software Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, and Product across EMEA.
- Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, create job descriptions, and develop hiring strategies for each role.
- Source, screen, and interview candidates through job boards, social media, networking, and direct outreach.
- Provide an exceptional candidate experience from initial contact through offer discussion.
- Drive offer management and ensure a seamless candidate-to-hire process.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment.
- At least 3+ years of experience in a high-growth technology startup environment.
- Proven experience recruiting technical roles in a B2B SaaS company.
- Hands-on experience recruiting in EMEA markets.
- Strong understanding of recruiting in fast-paced environments and the ability to balance multiple priorities.
- Comfort with data-driven recruiting and recruiting tools, including ATS platforms; Ashby preferred.
- Experience with Notion and recruiting reports.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Experience working with diverse, international teams and understanding hiring nuances across geographies and cultures.
- High-energy, hands-on approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing startup environment.
