## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Learn the WorkWave platform and its value for small, growing pest and lawn service businesses.
- Lead online product demonstrations for stakeholders.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation through closing, balancing outbound prospecting with prompt responses to inbound marketing-qualified leads.
- Conduct discovery, scoping, and proof-of-concept activities.
- Use Salesforce, SalesLoft, and 6sense to manage activity, forecast accurately, and build a predictable pipeline.
- Meet weekly KPIs, maintain at least three times pipeline coverage, and exceed quota.

## Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in a closing sales role within SMB markets.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a SaaS SMB Account Executive role.
- Strong initiative and ability to work independently while managing a sales pipeline.
- Strong communication, active listening, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple deals and quick turnarounds.
- Ability to build authentic relationships and earn trust quickly.
- Must be within a commutable distance of the Holmdel, NJ office.
