## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### University Recruiting & Programs (60%)
- Build and execute recruiting program strategies that grow recruiting pipelines and create strong candidate experiences, including employee referral and intern programs.
- Partner with the University Recruiting team on recruiting initiatives and events that expand the program and provide best-in-class experiences.
- Use data-driven insights to inform decisions, identify bottlenecks, and report on program effectiveness.
- Support ad hoc programs and projects for the recruiting team as the organization scales.

### Employer Branding (40%)
- Partner with Marketing on recruiting marketing initiatives, social media strategy, and event programming.
- Own the employer brand across LinkedIn, the careers page, and blogs to attract top talent.
- Manage the recruiting presence at events and conferences.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of relevant experience in university recruiting, recruiting program management, or a highly cross-functional role in a fast-moving environment.
- Proven track record of designing and scaling recruiting programs.
- Comfort with ambiguity and complexity, including building programs from scratch.
- Strong analytical instincts and ability to use data to evaluate program health, identify patterns, and make informed decisions.
- Willingness to travel to conferences and events to represent the company.

## Nice to Have
- Familiarity with employer branding, recruiting marketing, or large-scale event management.
- Experience building relationships with external organizations to grow partnerships.

## Compensation & Benefits
- US base salary range: **$155,000–$195,000**, plus equity and benefits.
