## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the real-time product suite within Customer Data Infrastructure.
- Drive roadmap and execution across event collection, SDKs, real-time evaluation, audience membership, and low-latency personalization APIs.
- Build product specifications and turn them into shipped products.
- Partner with engineering on architecture, systems design, and scaling decisions.
- Represent the product suite to major enterprise customers.
- Lead competitive research and customer discovery.
- Shape strategy and positioning for real-time products.

## Requirements
- Technical depth in systems design, architecture, and scaling tradeoffs.
- Experience shipping products in technical domains such as data platforms, events, distributed systems, identity, or cross-product platforms.
- Strong customer discovery and customer-obsession skills, including working with enterprise customers.
- Outcome-focused product judgment.
- Excellent written communication and ability to synthesize complex information for engineers, customers, and executives.
- Ability to learn new concepts and domains quickly.
