## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Deeply understand driver and business needs to set an ambitious product vision
- Set team's goals and success metrics aligned with Lyft's mission, based on data analysis, market research, and user research
- Build a product roadmap and lead a core team of engineers, designers, data scientists, and marketers to execute
- Build alignment and collaborate with partner teams on shared goals and initiatives
- Communicate roadmaps, priorities, experiments, and decisions to partner teams and executives
- Own products end-to-end from ideation through development, launch, growth, and maintenance

## Requirements
- 3+ years in product management, product design, or equivalent consultant experience with significant time spent leading consumer-facing products
- Ability to manage project ambiguity, complexity, and interdependencies in an organized way
- Define and analyze metrics that inform product success
- Strong user empathy and experience in customer discovery and product development process
- Experience building alignment and influencing decision-making across org lines and with senior leadership
- Strong judgment balancing flawless user experience and needs of a two-sided marketplace
- Strong communication skills across teams, company, users, and other audiences
- Detail-oriented with ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and requests
