## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own the business side of Simple's most important customer deployments.
- Work alongside Account Executives, Forward Deployed Engineers, and Engineering to turn complex enterprise workflows into production voice AI agents that deliver measurable business value.
- Lead customers from discovery through launch, adoption, and expansion.
- Own the problem and the outcome, get into the operational and technical details.
- Help build Simple's deployment playbook from the ground up.

## Requirements
- Experience owning a complex customer engagement from an ambiguous problem through production and measurable results.
- Exceptional structured problem-solving and the ability to turn competing stakeholder needs into clear priorities and execution plans.
- Strong communication and executive presence, paired with a willingness to learn directly from frontline users.
- High agency, urgency, low ego, and excitement to work in person with the team in San Francisco.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Previous experience with prompt engineering or working with AI/LLM-based platforms.
- Technical background or technical degree.
