## Job Description

## Responsibilities

- Drive the vision and roadmap for the post-order experience, including order management and visibility, reviews, and rewards.
- Use customer research and data to communicate and advocate for product strategy.
- Develop deep empathy for users and represent their needs in product decisions.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives with Design, Research, Engineering, Data Analysis, Fulfillment Operations, and Customer Service.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and improve the marketplace user experience.
- Define, monitor, and own KPIs and success metrics; iteratively experiment to improve outcomes.
- Travel to Boston quarterly for planning and business reviews, up to five days per quarter when applicable.

## Requirements

- 5+ years of product management experience focused on consumer-facing e-commerce products.
- Experience innovating on behalf of customers and developing creative solutions.
- Strong analytical ability and comfort manipulating data and building hypotheses.
- Fluency with AI tools such as Claude for prototyping and improving execution speed.
- Strong teamwork and collaboration skills across functional areas.

## Compensation and Benefits

- National total target cash compensation, including base salary and bonus target: **$161,00–$213,000 annually**.
