## Job Description

## Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for trialing, new, and existing customers—offering guidance as they adopt and scale our platform.
- Troubleshoot, investigate, and resolve complex issues with build systems, integrations, and environments.
- Help customers optimize their use of EngFlow’s products and ensure smooth adoption within their developer workflows.
- Partner with Engineering to surface and track product bugs, performance regressions, and feature feedback from the field.
- Create and maintain internal and external documentation to improve future support and empower developers.
- Engage with the broader community via forums, Slack, GitHub, and conferences—representing EngFlow’s voice with empathy and technical clarity.
- Contribute to a culture of operational excellence through metrics, tooling improvements, and automation.

## Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in software development, technical support, SRE, or developer-facing roles.
- Strong understanding of developer workflows and build systems (**Bazel** or **Buck/Buck2** is a big plus).
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (e.g., **Go**, **C++**, **Java**, **Python**, **Rust**, or **JavaScript**).
- Comfortable in a **Linux/Unix** environment with experience in tools like **Docker**, **Terraform**, or **Kubernetes**.
- Familiarity with at least one cloud provider (e.g., **AWS**, **GCP**, **Azure**, or **OpenShift**).
- Great communicator—able to explain complex technical concepts clearly in writing and on calls.
- Experience writing or contributing to technical documentation or internal knowledge bases.
- Customer-centric mindset with a passion for helping engineers solve tough problems.

## Bonus
- Experience working with async communication and distributed teams.
