## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Conduct technical discovery workshops to identify challenges and derive measurable outcomes.
- Translate network assurance opportunities into clear business-impact statements, including risk reduction, compliance, and efficiency gains.
- Design and implement proofs of concept (PoCs) demonstrating IP Fabric’s value in hybrid and cloud networks.
- Present integrations with key partners and platforms such as ServiceNow, NetBox, Nautobot, and Splunk.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering teams to share structured field feedback and help shape the product roadmap.
- Coordinate closely with Account Executives to define technical strategies, plan PoCs, and support successful evaluations.
- Enable internal teams and partners with clear narratives explaining how IP Fabric works and why it is important to enterprise transformation.
- Represent IP Fabric as a trusted advisor in customer workshops, conferences, and industry events.

## Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise networking, designing, operating, or automating large global network environments, including data centers, SDN, campus, or SD-WAN networks.
- Multi-domain experience with on-premises, hybrid, and cloud networks, including AWS, Azure, and GCP.
- Strong understanding of architecture principles and Layer 2/Layer 3 protocols and concepts, including BGP, OSPF, VRF, ACLs, and VLANs.
- Experience with relevant ecosystems such as ServiceNow CMDB, NetBox, Nautobot, Ansible, Terraform, or similar technologies.
- Ability to translate technical complexity into clear, outcome-oriented conversations with subject-matter experts and executives.
- Strong communication skills, including whiteboarding and executive presentations.
- Experience structuring discovery findings, defining success criteria, and creating value narratives after PoCs.
- Native-level German and fluent written and spoken English.

## Nice-to-haves
- Certifications such as CCNP, CCDE, DevNet Professional, or equivalent qualifications.
- Experience with network assurance, observability, or orchestration platforms such as IP Fabric, Cisco NSO, or GitHub Actions.
- Knowledge of security, compliance, or change-management frameworks such as NIST, CIS, PCI, or HIPAA.
- Practical automation experience with Python, REST APIs, Git workflows, Jinja, Nornir, YAML/JSON, and CI/CD.
