## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Prospect into CTOs, engineering and IT leaders, and technical end users.
- Grow MongoDB’s existing customer base by landing new workloads through outbound prospecting.
- Manage the full sales cycle for MongoDB products and services.
- Develop and execute a strategic territory plan to achieve revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the sales ecosystem to drive sales initiatives and partnerships.
- Build pipeline in Salesforce and Clari while using Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Sendoso, and Outreach.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience focused on closing new workloads and expanding accounts.
- Demonstrated ability to expand existing accounts and sell horizontally across different business units.
- Proven record of overachievement and hitting sales targets.
- Ability to articulate the business value of complex enterprise technology.
- Must live in the territory.
- Fluency in English and French.

## Nice-to-haves
- Co-selling experience with AWS, Google Cloud, Azure, and large global systems integrators such as Accenture and KPMG.
- Previous sales methodology training, such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sale.
- Familiarity with databases, development, and open-source technology.

## Compensation
- Base salary: CAD 170,000.
