## Job Description

## Responsibilities

### Customer Advisory & Payroll Execution
- Advise global customers on operationalizing equity events, including selecting earnings codes, handling taxable amounts, and setting up off-cycle pay runs.
- Process and review stock option exercises and RSU vestings through local payrolls across multiple jurisdictions.
- Explain equity outcomes to clients and employees, including imputed income, cash payouts, and tax withholding calculations.

### Compliance, Filings & Technology Collaboration
- Support country-specific equity filings, including UK ERS returns, Ireland RSS1, and Australia ESS, alongside filings specialists.
- Partner with Engineering to identify logic errors, refine system workflows, and automate manual processes.
- Maintain SOPs and internal cheat sheets, and document complex cross-border rules for the broader business.

## Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in payroll operations, tax compliance, or handling non-cash or imputed income such as benefits-in-kind, relocation, or fringe benefits.
- Multi-country payroll experience is a plus.
- Proficiency with case management tools such as Salesforce.
- Experience working with complex datasets in Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUPs, pivot tables, and logic formulas.
- Ability to translate dense, legalistic tax guidance into clear instructions for clients.
- Comfort collaborating with engineers to troubleshoot software bugs and improve internal systems.
- Adaptability in fast-paced technology environments with evolving processes.

## Nice-to-Haves
- Direct experience processing US or international stock options, including NSOs, and RSUs.
