## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead complex projects with multiple stakeholders and engineers to deliver significant business impact
- Set direction for critical technical surface areas to support rapid growth
- Design, develop, and own new product functionality and/or infrastructure using modern frameworks and tooling (**TypeScript**, **React**, **Node.js**)
- Work with talented engineers to impact customer security and compliance
- Contribute to building Vanta's engineering culture

## Requirements
- At least 8 years of industry experience
- Technical leadership roles for teams or complex projects
- Previous startup experience or bias for action environment
- Experience working on greenfield projects
- Interest in security or prior experience in the space
