## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Serve as the technical domain expert on build solutions, including Bazel and Chromium, for the sales team and key client relationships.
- Configure, install, and support EngFlow products; troubleshoot technical issues and ensure solutions meet client needs.
- Communicate technology and value propositions to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives, business leaders, and engineers.
- Lead technical discovery, provide architectural guidance, and support sales campaigns through strong client relationships.
- Advise clients and prospects on Bazel, build systems, distributed systems, cloud platforms, DevOps, and IT operations.
- Foster strategic customer success and provide feedback that informs product development.
- Engage potential customers through LinkedIn, Bazel Slack, GitHub, and email to generate sales opportunities.
- Develop prototypes and tools to support lead generation and expand the addressable market.
- Contribute to Bazel and other open-source projects.
- Travel domestically and occasionally internationally.

## Requirements
- Hands-on experience with Bazel.
- 4+ years of technical pre-sales or sales engineering experience, or equivalent hands-on practitioner experience.
- Strong software development skills and understanding of programming concepts.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, particularly in technical environments.
- Ability to connect business value with technical solutions.
- Proficiency in Bazel, build technologies, caching, remote execution, DevOps, AWS, GCP, and scheduling platforms.
- Experience implementing software solutions for large, dynamic enterprises.
- Ability to collaborate in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with a focus on exceptional customer experience.
