## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Build and own the affiliate and partner program strategy across self-serve, developer, and creator segments.
- Recruit, onboard, and activate affiliates, publishers, and creator partners.
- Design and optimize commission, payout, and incentive structures for profitable growth.
- Establish tracking, attribution, and fraud and quality controls.
- Partner with creative and lifecycle teams on affiliate assets, landing pages, and promotional copy.
- Manage partner relationships, performance reviews, and ongoing enablement.
- Test partner cohorts and offers, analyze performance, iterate quickly, and document learnings.
- Partner with finance and legal on payouts, agreements, and compliance.

## Requirements
- Proven experience building or scaling an affiliate or partner program that drove measurable revenue.
- Hands-on expertise with affiliate and partner platforms such as Impact, PartnerStack, Rewardful, Tune, or Everflow.
- Strong understanding of attribution, incrementality, and lifetime value versus payout economics.
- Experience recruiting, negotiating with, and managing affiliates, publishers, or creator partners.
- Ability to design commission structures and control fraud and low-quality traffic.
- Clear communication skills, including writing high-intent copy and briefing creative teams.
- Ability to work in scrappy, high-ownership environments and build programs from the ground up.

## Nice-to-haves
- Experience with creator or influencer partnerships in addition to traditional affiliates.
- Experience marketing to technical audiences, including developers, APIs, or infrastructure.
- Familiarity with both self-serve and sales-led motions.
- Experience establishing reporting systems or collaborating with data and business intelligence teams.
