## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead customer deployments from discovery through production launch.
- Understand customer workflows, pain points, and business goals.
- Translate requirements into AI workflows and implementation plans.
- Build and configure voice AI agents, conversation flows, and automation workflows.
- Integrate Retell with existing systems, APIs, and business processes.
- Troubleshoot integrations, APIs, webhooks, telephony, authentication, and production deployments.
- Run customer working sessions, demos, technical discussions, and implementation reviews.
- Partner with Sales on discovery, solution design, and evaluations.
- Collaborate with Product and Engineering to resolve customer issues and communicate product gaps.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and drive deployments toward launch.
- Help customers test, iterate, and optimize agents.
- Capture deployment learnings as playbooks and best practices.

## Requirements and Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for direct customer engagement.
- Ability to understand customer businesses and translate needs into practical solutions.
- Technical problem-solving skills and comfort troubleshooting hands-on.
- Experience in consulting, solutions engineering, deployment, implementation, customer success engineering, product management, or another customer-facing technical role.
- Familiarity with APIs, technical integrations, and software systems.
- Ability to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple customer projects.
- Comfort with ambiguity, changing priorities, and fast-moving startup environments.
- Strong ownership and follow-through.
- Interest in AI, LLMs, and voice technology.
- Willingness to travel for important customer launches and onsite engagements.

## Compensation and Benefits
- Cash compensation: $170k–$260k.
