## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own messaging and positioning across core industries—financial services first, then healthcare, beauty, and beyond
- Build ICP and persona work for split buyer/user dynamic (legal/compliance buy; marketing uses)
- Create sales enablement foundation from scratch—decks, narratives, one-pagers, objection handling, competitive positioning
- Run customer insight engine—regular conversations with customers/prospects to feed messaging, content, and product
- Lead go-to-market for new product/feature launches
- Partner with content, social, events, and web to keep story consistent

## Requirements
- 5+ years in B2B product marketing, with at least one tour at early-stage company building from scratch
- Experience selling to technical/regulated buyers (legal, compliance, security, finance, finance, finance, infosec)
- Strong writing skills with opinions on language and ability to distinguish real insights
- Comfortable in rooms with product, sales, CS; open to being wrong
- Allergic to templated SaaS messaging; point of view on compliance or hungry to develop one
