## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Lead enterprise cross-sell efforts for tvScientific by Pinterest in partnership with Pinterest’s NAMER Enterprise sales team, growing off-platform revenue across CTV, video, and programmatic opportunities.
- Build and execute joint account plans with Enterprise Client Partners, MDs, and sales leadership to identify whitespace, prioritize accounts, and advance strategic opportunities from initial contact through close.
- Develop relationships with senior client and agency stakeholders across video, programmatic, and performance teams.
- Establish co-sell roles, communication norms, and engagement models between Pinterest’s first-party sales organization and tvScientific.
- Advise enterprise sellers using market knowledge, customer insight, and consultative sales strategies aligned to advertiser goals and tvScientific solutions.
- Partner with programmatic, measurement, product marketing, and sales teams to improve education, account readiness, and customer experience.
- Track pipeline development, customer engagement, and cross-sell activity to measure and improve the sales motion.
- Use AI for account research, opportunity planning, meeting preparation, and follow-up documentation while validating accuracy and quality.

## Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in digital media sales, programmatic sales, CTV, video advertising, or enterprise advertising partnerships.
- Experience building senior relationships with advertisers, agencies, and internal sales organizations in complex enterprise account structures.
- Experience with programmatic media, CTV, video, and off-platform advertising solutions, including connections to advertiser goals and measurement strategies.
- Experience developing account plans, sourcing new business, and driving strategic sales motions with cross-functional and matrixed teams.
- Experience establishing processes, team norms, and operating models in ambiguous or evolving organizations.
- Demonstrated use of AI for customer analysis, account planning, and sales execution.
- Strong critical evaluation and verification of AI-assisted work through source-checking, stakeholder review, and sales judgment.
- High integrity and ownership when handling sensitive customer and business information.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field preferred.

## Nice-to-haves
- MBA or advanced degree in business or a related field.
- Experience managing enterprise clients or agencies, complex accounts, and large budgets.
- Certifications or training in digital advertising platforms, performance marketing, or related disciplines.

## Compensation
- Base salary: $119,489–$209,106 USD.
- Eligible for equity and incentive compensation.
