## Job Description

## Responsibilities
- Own full-cycle recruiting across **Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Partnerships, and GTM Leadership**.
- Partner with GTM leaders to define what exceptional looks like for each search.
- Map markets and companies, identify top performers, and engage passive candidates.
- Develop a deep understanding of customers, product, market, and GTM motion.
- Evaluate candidates based on what they sold, who they sold to, how they performed, and what drove their success.
- Build conviction with exceptional candidates and close them in competitive situations.
- Diagnose searches that are not working and adjust strategy quickly.
- Protect and continuously raise the talent bar.

## Requirements
- Exceptional judgment in identifying high-performing GTM talent and distinguishing real performance from résumé signals.
- Strong sourcing and market-mapping skills, including engaging passive candidates.
- Intellectual curiosity about customers, products, competitors, and business models.
- Self-drive and ownership from search definition through hiring outcome.
- Strong business judgment and ability to optimize for company needs rather than recruiting activity.
- Ability to engage and close highly sought-after GTM candidates.
- Credibility with GTM leaders and executives through sound judgment and direct communication.
